Good Spring Morning Everyone;
A crisp 26 degrees this morning headed for a pleasant 55 or so later on.
Stalling at going out doors this morning I spied the fresh batch of raspberry Jam that Liz made yesterday.
There even was a small bowl of extra that just had to get used up right?
And then the thought popped up at just how good that jam would be on a nice hot scone!

For those not familiar , scones are simply baking powder biscuits with 1/3 cup of sweetener added!
Easy Easy and fast to make! 30 minutes from starting with a bowl of flour, you can have fresh scones hot from the oven!
If your lucky there might be some preserves at your house to slather on top!
