Similar to the awesome thread You know you're a permie when..., I think permies' browser tabs (or browser windows) paint a picture of a different type of life sometimes, too.
Current sitch for me:
map to pick up a free mirror for my wall from a member in my neighborhood buy nothing group
recipes and techniques for WAY more foods than I have time to cook (yum, omnom, yummy, nomnom, cool)
work to do lists and apps (signs of self-employment and my joy of being able to work from home)
prescription and doctor's contact details (for my step-dad, because I live close by now and am happy to help)
Interesting topic! I didn’t realize how many tabs I had open...
Right now I have several grocery stores (giant, food lion, weis) to compare sales and put a list together.

Glutenfreemall.com to put together some treats to send to a friend
My life seems to be revolving around food currently!
1. Ebay, to see what the current prices are for the antiques I picked up at garage sales this weekend
2. Google, to see if I can discover what a couple of items even are that I got at garage sales this weekend (they are cool and old & I figured they're worth some good money)
3. Youtube, favorite song
4. Google, getting step by step instructions on how to make certain fabric home decor items
5. Youtube, various videos that popped up in my feed
6. Google, images, getting ideas to help me create the perfect curtains for the guest room
7. Google, recipes for taco seasoning like taco bell used on meximelts (they don't offer those anymore and I miss them)
I love the themes that are cropping up: food, gardening, herbs, DIY decor, innovative thinking- just to name a few!
It shows our interests, doesn't it?
Edited to add: I often have YouTube open for positive music, too. Somehow I like YouTube's algorithms for suggested music better than other music apps.

Depends on what I'm doing. If working as Paul's VA, then it's three tabs for gmail, 2 google sheets, 1+ google docs, 1-3 tabs google drives, at least three for permies (forums, all forums, plus whatever else). Toss in at times Appropedia, Reddit, Youtube, and and odd number for other things.
For just me, far less. Facebook, plus 1-2 others.
