Does anyone have any recommendations?   It seems like I buy a new one of these every year when it sticks, or will not open, or just plain stops working.  Grrr.

What do you use the pump sprayer for?

Compost tea, seaweed foliar spray, occasionally a soap/water/hot pepper mix for bugs...

My 92 year old neighbor uses a vintage brass forest fire fighter sprayer similar to one of these. I see them now and then at yard sales in my neck of the woods, it has to be fifty years old at least. I replaced an o-ring and a ball bearing in it several years ago for him.

Check out the Solo Backpack sprayer. As I understand it just about everything on the sprayer can be fixed or replaced.

Thanks all!  I will have a look at both of those options.  That metal sprayer is awesome, so steampunk, not sure if I can find one tho :)
