Our neighbors have a big German Shepard dog. She is about three years old, and they don't take good care of her. She is a sweetie, and I don't think she gets a lot to eat other than the table scraps we throw out for her. I shot a rabbit for her to teach her they are good to eat and have; I think thought her to hunt them. I was in hopes she would be able to sustain herself a little better and help decrease the rabbits at the same time.

Recently I noticed she has these odd black spots on her eyes, I guess it's the cornea part. It started in the corner of one eye but how it is on both eyes, and one has two of these spots. If these grow or increase as they seem to be doing, they will soon cover the pupils.

Other than maybe some nutritional help there is really nothing I can do about it, but does anyone know what might be wrong with her?

Just a stab, but this seems to be common enough in German shepherds:  https://www.animaleyecenter.com/pannus/
