If you're in the Northern Hemisphere, you may need to wait till later in the year. My babbington leek 'bloom' in late summer and I scatter the bulbils in autumn to sprout about now (April). I'm based in the UK though, so probably not best as a source if you're US based. Let me know if I can help (anyone). I will have some bulbils in a few months.
