Many a time people have asked me "What do vegans eat?". So I have created this topic so we can now said " Vegans eat the following foods, here is a link all about it!" Here is the idea of this topic, post a picture of what you have made that is vegan and a link to the recipe or book used. Or if it is at a restaurant the name of the place and if you can a picture. And my only rule is that the restaurant is all vegan. Such as Vedge  https://www.vedgerestaurant.com/.  Also have fun with this.

So I made Everything Bagels a few months ago from this recipe https://thegentlechef.com/bagels/. Here is a picture.

How'd the bagels turn out?

I don't really follow recipes or eat at restaurants, so I probably won't have anything to post, but good idea.

Charcuterie anyone? Bread was made in a crockpot, I can not remember the book off the top of my head. Rye Crackers I found on online. Soft crock cheese and pepper jack two types from other books I can not remember. Pepperoni from Seitan and Beyond by Chef Skye Michael Conroy. Crudités, grapes, carrots and kalamata olives (yuck!) Last chopped mock liver with red onions from Bean by bean by Crescent Dragonwagon.
