In my area, it is possible to rent cellar space to let wine age. Some places charge per bottles, other rent a whole rack. It looks like most of them charge a monthly fee of about $26 for 144 bottles, $42 for 252 bottles and $48 for 288 bottles.

This made me think that this could be a good residual income for homesteaders, plus it could be marketed as a green alternative to the artificially cooled cellars.
