Hi Cedric;
So, 160 square ft is a very small building.
20" thick stone walls with no insulation.
Uninsulated
wood floor and roof.
One old window and door.
Temps of +14 F and no sun for two months!
You are going to be chilly all winter no matter what stove you build.
With that small, an area trying to build a Walker cookstove would take up all your room.

A 6" batch box with a bell will fit in that space.

You will be burning nonstop with heat-sucking stone walls and no roof insulation.
Cooking will be possible but difficult.
I would shrink your room size even more and build an insulated 2x4 room inside your stone house.
You need insulation to keep the stones from drawing all the heat outdoors and sucking the cold indoors.
Your roof needs to be insulated as well.
The floor can have rugs put down.
