Accepting Applications for Collaborators

Good Morning, Permies☀️

I am looking to reach a few no-nonsense collaborators to weigh in on my farm, either on site or by remote.
Current needs:
~Informed board members
~Advisors
~Project Coordinators
~Laborers
~WWOOF & WorkAway Guests
All are needed and most welcome.

So far I am one aging farmer on a family property for the past 9 years.

Property description:
-8 acres Arkansas River Valley lowland
-3.5 acres open field
-3.5 acres heavily wooded
-1 acre farm pond
-family friendly residential space
-4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchen farmhouse
-electricity, natural gas, well water and city water
-30' x 72' high tunnel
-30 minutes to Heifer Ranch in Perryville, AR and close to ATTRA/NCAT in Fayetteville.
-10 minutes to Farmers Market
-year round emarket
-small, active crafting communities
