I had never heard of this before. Was introduced to a new pickle my friend called "Sweet Hots", hot peppers in a bread and butter style brine.

Mild Ingredients: New Mexico Green Chile, Water, Sugar, Acetic Acid, Xanthan, gum, Cumin, Granulated Garlic, Dill Seed, Dill Weed.
