I suspect many of us either don’t want to be bothered poking our heads up to be noticed or we just are too busy getting on with things to waste time explaining ourselves to others.  I’d rather break every jar I’ve ever canned and bulldoze my garden than waste time explaining myself and my lifestyle to strangers.  No thanks, I’ve got seeds to start.

I so desperately what to get to meet in person and spend time with a real life Gert. 😩 😍
I have no generational knowledge on this stuff, im learning as I go, applying the college biology degree i have to real world studf. I would love someone who could just answer very specific questions, or look at my projects and correct me, or just to hang around and watch for a bit. But even if there was one nearby.... they would have to deal with my constant entourage of kids too. 🫠
