Geoff Lawton online PDC - please help with contact issue

Hey guys. Like many of you I am bonkers about permaculture. I signed up for GL online PDC and he charged me for it and I have received NOTHING from them. It has been a week and still nothing. I dont know how to get a hold of them to see if it was just a mistake or if this was by design. My hopes is that it was a mistake. I by no means want to have Geoff Lawton get a bad wrap but would love some help if you can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I'm in the videos now so I can confirm it's not a scam, and from what i've seen, Geoff's organization is very quick to respond to support requests.

I just found the support tickets and have submitted one. Thanks for your guys help. I assumed everything was fine I just didn't want to throw a thousand dollars in the trash. thanks again!

And it's approx 8 hours of presentation currently out. And it is awesome. If you feel you know alot about permaculture, this seems to restructure it - in a good way. Hopefully the content will be available to the general public somehow in the future, it will make an impact for sure!
