Sitting here watching the snow fall.  The forecast is for one to three inches but with ice and or freezing rain tonight, I don't think the kids will be having their first day of school after the break on Monday.

Remembering past snow falls with my "love" beside me, wishing for ---------  Enuff.  That's not why I'm writing today.

I made it by buying only three "new" items this past year, the ugly shoes and two shirts from Tom the rocket man.

For Tim in NY, I may have my first tomato of 25, in one of the spider plants, one never knows what will come up using our lazy compost!!!

Across the pond to Nancy and all other tree herders, I lost one part of the Holly tree that I've been rooting, not sure if it will make it or not.  Given enough time it may.

To Doug in the far White North, I'm still using the same two welding rods with my three most often used kitchen knives, I've not had to put them on the hard stone yet!!!

To May in the NE, I today removed the last "pink" bloom from the violet rooting of the original "blue" blooming parent.  And I saw the first buds on the original this morning, I'll let you know if it blooms "blue" this time around.

That's all for now.

Deane - Fingers crossed for the holly! I took several cuttings of the nice holly I found with lovely berries - it is far too early to say if they will take or not. Still, tree herding is a slow life... Om!

Nice berries!

Cats say "meow" because they think that is what people sound like. This tiny ad told me so:
