I thought this was worth sharing. Vinegar is my primary cleaner at home, so it was nice to see a little science backing that up and also the limits that I can expect out of it.

I saw this article and felt happily vindicated.
On the other hand, I wish they had included what my first question was-- just how concentrated is the stuff she used at the beginning of the article (Essigessenz)- Dr Google tells me 25%, versus the 5ish I can get. (I have citric acid for the heavy duty stuff in question).
Still, vinegar is (like you said) my main household cleaner, and it works great for me. I wish more people used it!
