Anyone know of a PDC anytime this coming winter (2013-2014), preferably somewhere in Missouri or Iowa. Anyone help me out?

you could check out midwest permaculture in stelle IL. it's a little bit farther than you requested but still in the region. I took their winter course a few years ago.
