Nettle patch parrings

Here are a few pictures of my nettle patch. It is primarily nettle and grass but with native strawberry and lemon balm growing interspersed as well. Today I noticed my first Shaggy Parasol mushrooms popping up in my nettle patch. These nettles are located on the margins of a small hemlock grove and gets near full afternoon sun.

Here are my pioneer nettles and lemon balm. The nettles appear at the top of the photo - then there is a small stick from the stick on down is baby lemon balm

Looks like my place -- I guess that figures: Western Washington too.. I don't encourage nettle near any berries I want to pick.
