I really enjoyed this podcast, getting to hear Josiah pre-Jack Spirko.

I benefited from the discussion on how to get to X. I am in the process of developing a game plan and then sharing my vision with my wife on how to have more time with the family but it begins with getting out of debt. If she goes back to work we could probably do it in 3-4 years. That would put me 41-42, not exactly a young whipper snapper but not an old curmudgeon either.

I am liking the lease option that Joel & Greg Judy use but would also like to have a few acres myself. Reading through Joel's book "You Can Farm" right now, then on to Mark Shepard's book, and then Greg Judy's books. Hopefully from all this I can come up with a game plan.

I am planning to take Jack's online PDC through Permaethos this summer/fall and also getting the PV1 videos over the summer. I think all this information will help me develop a game plan.

I searched and searched and could not find a thread for this podcast specifically so I created one.
