That's partly going to depend on what it's blended with, and at what ratio. Some of those things it's possibly blended with have the potential to melt into super shiny blobs, very quickly, even with a lower heat, while others would be perfectly fine, or even work best with heat.
You might actually start out with ice cubes, laying it out, setting an ice cube in each spot to melt, then laying it out flat and gently pushing the fibers back into place & letting it dry - a type of blocking. This works with carpets that have furniture dents in them and can work with apparel, too.
