A working electric kettle
a british tea service
my old kettle from college!

My old wax cotton jacket
coat made from natural materials

and a drinks dispenser
unused glass drinks dispenser

The kettle still works and I need it now as our shop boiler has broken, I'm going to reinstate my old jacket for everyday use, and the drinks dispenser now holds kombucha (for a continuous brew).

setting up a continuous brew

What have you been hoarding that is going to get a new lease of life soon?

ooh some nice finds there!

My attic is just clothing packed away (and suitcases for travel) but out on my back porch I keep some things squirreled away. Recently I also broke out some large drink containers (including one very much like yours): my daughter has one of those trendy insulated cups that holds approximately 5 liters of cold water, and so I feel like I'm constantly refilling the water jugs we keep in the fridge for cool drinks. Hopefully the enormous drink dispenser will help with this....
I also got out my very large brewing pot, since this weekend I'll be making peach jam and doing some water bath canning.

Those are nice finds ...

I have not had an attic where I could store stuff since 1985.

Our tiny house in the Piney Woods of Texas did have a loft for storage.

If I went into my current attic all I would find is cellulose insulation that was blow into that cavity.
