Land sharing possibilities

My boyfriend and I are looking for a possible partner(s) in land sharing. We are looking for a rural land with a combination of pasture and forest with water, preferably a spring. We would like to build a sustainable permaculture-based animal-friendly homestead with natural buildings. We are currently looking in Idaho County and we found numerous possibilities in 20-50 acre range but they are outside of our budget, over $100K. We'd like to keep it simple so we're looking for a couple or one or two separate partners. We have about $50K available for the land so we are looking to increase the capital 2-3 times and have enough room for a comfortable secure living for our small group that would hopefully benefit the environment and other communities around us by improving the land and providing natural education, food, and medicine. I just quit my professional live as a forensic scientist, we are finishing an online PDC course with Geoff Lawton and we are hoping to use the homestead as an educational site for permaculture courses. My boyfriend is very handy with farm and construction work (including heavy machinery operation) and is looking into getting certified in masonry heater building. We are peace living anarchists and would like to partner up with like minded people.

I've been searching for folks like you to work with on a project like this. I am in northern california. Hopefully I will be taking some trips to visit a few different communities of interest this year so perhaps I can arrange to visit and meet y'all? The blog (https://wildcooperative.wordpress.com) was just recently updated with pictures of all the progress. We are welcoming 2-3 diverse families to become a part of our egalitarian community to share knowledge, skills, love and creativity. There are at least three unrestricted building sites perfect for small natural passive solar energy designed homes. There are no building codes and we have very low property taxes in our county. We have strong water rights and two creeks on the property. We are surrounded by untouched wilderness area and are in a clean and protected watershed. We have mild seasons, great sun (250 sunny days) and soil for growing. The North Fork Valley has a regeneratively focused community with many local permaculture and biodynamic courses being offered. The many craftsmen, artists, performers and activists provide vast possibilities of rich cultured social life for kids and adults. Visitors and prospective members are welcome to visit. We are open to visitors but we ask them to consider our community and personal space and call ahead before coming.
