A long time ago in when I was too young to purchase alcohol a gallon jug, balloon, Welches grape juice and a bit of yeast would be bubbling hidden in my closet for weekend wine. Now that I am older I am trying my first hard lemonade with some of the super ninja turbo yeasts that can bring up the BAC.  Fingers crossed for a good summertime lemonade. Monday is my estimated test date.

Google "Skeeter Pee".  Good stuff, cheap and easy to make.

I know what Welch's Grape juice and yeast taste like.

What does Hard Lemonade taste like? sweet or sour?

Skeeter Pee aka Lemon Wine:

Is this the same as Hard Lemonade?

I'm shooting for a higher BAC than Skeeter Pee. that's why I am using one of the ninja yeasts.  Something between my homemade limoncello and the Skeeter Pee.
