I have been beating my head over building a storage shed for the wife's lawn tractor. Had a wooden one delivered by Costo but as things go it is now storing other implements. Today I decided I'll order a 10ft culvert 10 ft long. The culvert bolts together so that would give me two 10 x 10 sections allowing me to construct 10x20 ft Quonset hut, which is acceptable to build without a permit. 4 ft pony walls to give added head room. Might be a great tiny house start.

Our inability to change everything should not stop us from changing what we can.

After roofing the Costco shed nearly identical will be about 2k
