I did not know well how to formulate my question in the title....
It is really about a feelilng.
I have a lot of veggies, and for fuel / time saving, I cook all and reheat the soup, stew etc.
Or I cook several different veggies, and eat different ones every day, not to eat the same.

I mean this for water / vapor cooking, as I eat it all when it is a wok type, with fat, because it is fast.

But I have a problem... I must say that natural eating tends to develop some instinct and real "wants".
I feel disgusted sometimes even the next day.
They are still fresh enough etc, but yuk! Not yuk, I can eat them, but I can feel a no from my body.

I can still eat the broth.
Do I have some instinct about some emptyness of those veggies?
Do you see any other reason?

That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger. I think a piece of pie wouldn't kill me. Tiny ad:
