I'm not allowed to eat pie at the moment, but sausages are ok. Make sure your kitchen floor is super-clean before trying this...

My sister in Maine likes to bake pies. Her math fanatical husband likes to eat them! So pumpkin pie with a pi drawn into the top of the filling is so appropriate! This drivel has great meaning! Maybe Paul could participate in pie making by decorating the top with "pi". Works with a top crust as well.

Well, sausages for pi day would work for me!

Actually, we had shepherd's pie for dinner here, that was about as much as I could muster for pi day today. I might try to rally to creating a huckleberry pie for Paul tomorrow. We'll see!
