Hi Readers,
Are any of you aware of any good sources (e- or conventional) of general information on human dietary needs (basic groups like carbos, proteins, fats, minerals). I'm not looking for a definitive guide, but more at various perspectives on the particular levels of need for these groups and their subgroups (like starch) and members (like an individual amino).
I'm also seeking to relate these entities to food sources.
And, I'm seeking to
answer the same questions for animal
feed for various species.
