This distiller works great! I purchased it from Steven Harris' website.

I've used it to make about five batches.

I've distilled expired chocolate sauces and flavored syrups. You can even make ethanol from stale bread! I haven't tried that.

I'm selling this because I am not pursuing the hobby anymore, but it is a very interesting and fun one!

It is a WATER distiller! Completely legal if used accordingly.

I'm uncertain of the legality in France, but in the states you're supposed to get a permit and you must denature the ethanol to make it unfit for human consumption.
