Image Imbedding issue

is there something I am doing wrong in trying to embed images all I am getting is the following four examples and how they come out  thought up until recently the pictures would show up just fine using the first examply but now all the pictures I link just show up as small image icons but still take you to picture blown up.  is there something I need to do or use another image site.

It could be us, it could be photobucket, it could be something else.

It looks like you are using the "Img" button when you add your image to the post.
Do you have the same error with images from other sites?
do you have an error uploading the image to permies (as an attachment to your post)?

I was able to fix one of the images using my top secret mod tool.  I wonder why it came up as broken.  Could it be something to do with how the hoast is sharing the photo?

On the whole, I find it much easier to upload the pictures directly to permies.  Could you give that a try for us and see if it works for you?

It looks like the two using the img button is working now.  Up until today had no issues copying the url img button from photobucket and I have never tried uploading the pictures straight to permies since I upload from phone straight to photobucket.  Didn't know if it was an issue on this in or photobucket.  But yes attaching picture straight here seems to work fine too.

I wonder if it might be related to the image having a space in the name?

I am not to sure Paul the thread I have on Gaines county draw I have had many pictures up posted this way and they all look like the img icon now.  some update somewhere broke the links could be like R Ranson said the way photobucket handle hosting and changed url configurations that broke the links.

oh wow, that is a lot of broken pictures.  

hmm... My top secret staff tool for fixing broken images isn't working on those.  

I wonder if they are going the way of some other sites (like FB) and they change their image links every so often to stop people sharing the image?

For the future, you could upload to permies.  But I'm not sure what the solution is for repairing all those lovely images.
