building a reliable solar powered radio network for your area

How many folks would be interested in learning how to use radio to communicate in rural (actually...in any) areas?

I can guide the uninitiated in the common sense way to connect people, homes and vehicles with reliable communications all super-inexpensive.

(This is not HAM radio. No testing required.)

I am trying to get a feel for what people need. I can tailor the info based on this input.

BTW, I do not sell anything or make any money off it in any way.

I got people who I would like to be able to contact in a real honest to god shtf emergency. Cell phones won't cut it in such a scenario.
So yeah,I'm certainly interested.

I'm interested aswell. I have a lot of hills in my area and the village I'm in is right in a valley. No cell service is possible in the valley and internet is rather spotty - painting a picture for how hilly it is.

The only reason many of my friends&family have over-priced LAN lines is strictly for emergencies. Anything to get rid of that bill would be welcomed I'm sure.

I've read about using dishes to share internet between homes, Over-priced Example. Your method is something similar I assume?
