This is more a fun exercise, less a sincere solicitation for help.
We raise and process a few hundred ducks per year, selling to restaurants, at a farmers market, and through a poultry CSA.
For our market setup, I made a chalkboard sign with an outline of the state of Missouri and inside the words "Eat MO Duck." (Get it?) Underneath, I have alternated two little one-liners, intended to elicit a laugh:
"Like tasty little two-legged pigs."
...and...
"It's all it's quacked up to be."
So I'd like to branch out a bit, hopefully garnering a little attention while maintaining a sense of levity. We don't have a problem selling ducks, I'd just like to make it a bit more interesting. We
sell all our birds whole, for what it's worth.
So what have you got? Hit me with some ideas.
