40 y/o divorcee with no kids, four years deep into my off grid central Florida homestead journey got some good amenities and infrastructure on 15 acres but it's still rugged AF.  on a bicycle trail so you should probably really like cycling, property has lots of potential looking to build out 3rd space commons type screened in pavilion for public and possible farm to table style light fare Cafe.

Howdy all M33, own a little house on 2 acres in Greenbrier Valley, WV, not off grid yet, but learning much about gardening, originally from high Rockies in Colorado, not nearly as much gardening there. Practicing blacksmith, interested in meeting/mingling with like minded individuals.
