so I did what ya asked in the email an i guess the upvote got counted but it wont let me post comment on that post, could that be the "him" messing with the site?

"Im in a video podcast" , just checked it again, seems it is working now, also seems it let me vote twice? is that normal?

The other day IT told me I was commenting too much and told me to wait a set amount of time before I tried to comment or reply again. Maybe?
