Starting to brew my own libations, but in the meantime I have about three quart bags of wine corks.  None of the crafty ideas appeal, and I am wondering if I can just compost the darn things.  Any other practical suggestions welcome.

I toss them in the compost (so long as they are the cork or cork composite ones - not plastic) and they disappear in 2 years.  Probably faster if I heat composted.

Mine end up in my Biochar production pit.  They break up into nice fine Biochar.
