We found this tree with these pods like that of the 'kentucky
coffee
tree' but these pods have a round bottom, unlike the Kentucky that is like a spine. This tree was found in Ghana, West Africa.
What tree could this be?

That’s just a guess. Don’t use them without a better ID. I can’t find a good picture of the leaves.
I didn’t know cola was a tree.
