I would like to know where to buy it. I'm interescted in trying it possibly for a cistern but I can't find it anywhere. Seems absurd.

Why is this amazing ceramicrete materialso difficult to find? The http://www.greenhomebuilding.com/articles/ceramicrete.htm points to same links you provide. The grancrete and other pages are not informative. I can't buy a product from them if I wanted to. I would rather mix my own magnesium oxide cement but some pre mix is enough for me. I contacted Ceramicrete and got no response. I'm wondering if I've been staring at answer anfd not seeing it or magnesium oxide cement is unavailable to non contractor in USA.

I suggest checking the magnesium oxide cement association for current members whom may be able to supply products.
