Before seeking your kind attention at my small farm dreams, let's first consider Paul's reflection on the keys to an intentional community's success in PW Podcast 430 - Otis.

"You need to embrace that it is within you to say "obey or else" to other people and you have to control that impulse. You also need to recognize that others may want to say that to you as well and figure out how to deal with it."

With this in mind I'm asking East Coast Otis's and Olivia's and wanna'bees to consider my farm and conservancy notions and join me. I'm ok with giving up some control to the right Olivia and maybe Otis too.

 Thanks
- David

Hi David, I'm having a little trouble understanding what it is that you are looking for.

Are you looking for community members to build a farming community on your property?

Are you looking for short-term or long-term help?

What kind of exhange are you thinking of between yourself and the people who come onto your land?

@David Burton The earlier note and links explain that I'm pretty flexible with the various processes of partnering that may be available to us. The further list identified what kind of partners may be interested in my proposal.
Please contact me;
- if you want to partner to buy land together where you work your bit and I work mine; and we share resources, or;
- if you want a stake in a farm that is profitable within three years on Ag and agrotourism income, but you aren't interested in actually working the farm 100% of your time, or;
- if you have 25+ acres for sale under $350,000 developed or $150,000 undeveloped in Dutchess, Columbia, or Green; 15+ acres wooded (10 in conifer or maple or oak); 10+ acres grass pasture or so; with wetlands, or;
- If you have an other holistic, regenerative farming dream.

Not looking good. I think this might be the end. Wait! Is that a tiny ad?
