I have been looking online for Peach trees through mail order companies for my state. There are plenty of companies available however they cannot ship specific types of trees to Mississippi. They are primarily peach, plum. apricots and nectarines. Where can I find some available besides at my local nurseries?

I don't understand what you are saying about mail order for your state. Almost all the big nurseries will ship trees to every state but Hawaii.
Just saying "specific types" is so broad as to not mean anything actually.
Also it is kind to use your control panel to add your locale and other pertinent info in your profile so we can give really good answers that will pertain to your specifics.

Thanks and welcome to permies

Fast growing trees is a good place to order most types of trees from.

Try Leggcreek nursery in east Texas  they are doing their end of season sale right now last day to order for the year is tomorrow

I received a promo coupon email from them a day or so ago 15% off on orders of $50 or more code 15OFFNOW

I have bought from them 3 out of the last 4 years, overall I rate them a good B+ though be aware their native fruit trees are small and they made mistakes on 2 of my orders, though to their credit they corrected the mistakes (my second order was missing half the order in the  box)

They claim to offer regionally appropriate fruit trees, and they are located in mid 8B in east Texas a bit south of I-20

Welcome!  Have you looked into Stark Brothers in MO?  They don't list anything on their website about not shipping to MS.
