Greetings! We are located little east of Colorado City. Land is 60 acres, seasonal spring woodeded 3 type of pine.  Very private land offers great views of the mountains great resources such as moss rock and some wild life.  We have two walapinis set up.  You can definitely grow year around.  No water well we haul water locally. Own couple large cisterns. We're pruning trees making hiking trails using wood to make garden spaces. These garden spaces were mulching to build soil for future gardening plots.  We want to build a community of like minded we can work and live of the land at the same time expanding the garden.  We're open for volunteers, also offer tiny house rental space for farmers comes with garden space.  Want to start a grow op can share harvest even profits. Must work well with others as a team. Be balanced hardworking and foremost loving souls.  Life was meant to be a community.  Let's connect and grow together.  One Love.

Hello, me and a group of like minded friends are looking for a place to call home for the winter,  possibly longer, we are very interested in permaculture and building naturally too. I am wondering if you have any buildings for people to live in or if we could build. Thanks for your time,
Chris Royer

P.S. right now we have 3 people but it could grow quickly soon.

Hello, we have 40 ac. outside San Acacio CO (San Luis Valley). No water, elec. or housing, just raw hilly land. I am looking for community-minded individuals and groups that would like to begin working on permaculture projects such as keyline design/swales, mulching, terracing, pond building, biodigester construction, check dams, Earth-sheltered structure construction, perennial planting, snow fences/ windbreaks, feral horse capture & re-purpose, raising chickens, raising sheep (Savory style), setting up solar, etc. I have a lot of materials & tools to get started, including a flatbed truck, solar, & forestry equipment.  I am handy, work hard and respect hard work.

Let me know what you want/need and maybe we can work out an agreement.
