Looking at the head of a Fokin Hoe is looks like there is a 'handiness' like in a scythe. Is that the case?

I only ask because I am a lefty.

Ha good one. But trust you don't want to be close to me if I am forced to use my hand. Especially with a sharp tool! 🙄
