Emerald Ash Borer?

I have seen a number of these around during my walks in the woods, and I think it might be an Emerald Ash Borer beetle, an Asian species with few natural enemies in North America. However, it seems much brighter green than most pictures I see online.  Anyone familiar enough for an identification?  

That is NOT the Emerald Ash Borer, though it is commonly confused for it.

I cannot remember what its name is, but we have them here too, and we do not have the Emerald Ash Borer here yet.

Artie, I agree with Travis, looks like a six-spotted tiger beetle.

Thanks Scott, Travis!  I am relieved, as I have seen these fairly frequently. Of course, I may still have ash borers, but at least these are not.
