Has anyone else been loving the PBS show Kitchen Vignettes?

Mandy's post on cooking with plums was a real spoon builder for me (thank you soooo much Mandy...need all the inspiration I can get) and I wanted to repay by sharing the Kitchen Vignette series with folks who maybe haven't run across it yet.  Aubergine lives in eastern Canada so her videos are like home for me.   Here's one of her videos to get you started :)  I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

It was the caramel-like sauce that formed in the pan, wasn't it!  This might be related to why we Franco-Americans have a tendency towards heart disease.  Use butter from grass fed cows!!!  That and all things in moderation.  Your channel looked much healthier :)

One thing with Aubergine's videos that I always love is the music.
