North Alabama Homestead for Sale!

My partner recently inherited his fathers 4 bed, 3 bath home which sits on 40 acres of land. It has been a cow farm until about two months ago when we sold the cows, but the land is very fertile and thriving. It is located in Rainsville, AL on Sand Mountain in Northern Alabama. The house, which he grew up in, sits on a high point on the property with 4 bed, 3 bath--bathrooms and kitchen recently renovated. There are various fruit trees in bloom around the house, well established muscadine vines that have been producing for years, and two edges of the property boarders a steady creek. It's a beautiful piece of land for someone wanting to homestead or farm. My partner and I would like to be nearer to my family so we are looking to sell it. It would be an excellent property for someone interested in having livestock, or orchards. There also happens to be another 32 acre property adjoining ours that is also currently for sale if someone is interested in a larger farming operation. Included below is a link to a craigslist ad with more details about the house and the property. Please let me know if you would like more details or photos of the place. Thanks!
