Hi all, myself and my wife have just bought a 16 acre plot of land, see attached. Land is currently meadow and deciduous woodland. We are doing our PDC in Sweden on 21st July, hopefully using this time to do initial design for land and home.

If anyone has any advice for passive house building our temperature zone 6b climate it would be much appreciated 😄

Hi Mark, welcome to Permies!  I moved your post to the Passive Solar forum since I think that's more in line with your question.  If you do have an Intentional Community aspect to your property, please feel free to elaborate on that and we can put it back in that forum as well.
