Hi all, myself and my wife have just bought a 16 acre plot of land, see attached. Land is currently meadow and deciduous woodland. We are doing our PDC in Sweden on 21st July, hopefully using this time to do initial design for land and home.

If anyone has any advice for passive house building our temperature zone 6b climate it would be much appreciated 😄
