I'm gonna try to get a big list going of stuff that I release for folks to use for blogs or articles and stuff.

This first one is called "keep those branches, twigs, rotton logs and Christmas trees!"

I've attached a text file to this post that contains the raw HTML.

When using these as a blog, I expect all of the links to be maintained. Use of the images is optional. Use of the videos is optional. I expect that you will give me credit for having written it.

For use as an article, you must use a bio for me BEFORE the aritcle appears and the bio MUST mention richsoil.com and permies.com. (I'll provide a sample bio later)

I posted this blog here: http://paulwheaton12.wordpress.com/2012/01/20/twigs-2/

And it should appear at makeitmissoula soon.

If I might suggest...

Make it brain-dead easy to share your stuff... Put an addthis.com bar up near the top of every page... Make sure to include icons for FaceBook and Twitter as well as reddit and SU... In fact, just include 'em all!

If it's not E-Z, a lot of people that would have shared, won't.

How's this: "Paul Wheaton spreads the word about permaculture via web forums, podcasts, videos and articles at a couple of his websites, permies.com and richsoil.com, where beginners and experts alike share information about how to grow your own food, build your own shelter, produce your own energy and generally live as sustainably as possible."

Alright Paul, I went ahead and turned your wheaton eco test blog on make it missoula into an html document and attached it for people to use.

Would you like me to do this for more make it missoula posts?

If anyone else wants to help out with this, all I did was copy and paste the blog post into notepad, open the links in a new tab, and copy and paste them as an html link. For example, a link entitled "Paul Wheaton on Make it Missoula" looks like this:
<a href="http://www.makeitmissoula.com/blogs/paul-wheaton/">Paul Wheaton on Make it Missoula</a>
Filename: ecoposer-blog-html.txt

Suzy Bean!

I think that's awesome. And, yes, for all the makeitmissoula stuff that's mine over there would be great.

And I think that rather than using wordpad, it would be wise to use notepad and save it as a text file. Wordpad can sometimes add stuff that won't copy/paste well.

Well .... if we are talking about images, then I think you would copy the image location and then use an IMG tag.

Here is a brand new blog that I just finished writing for makeitmissoula

It is now posted out at http://paulwheaton12.wordpress.com/

Once makeitmissoula has it up, I'll send an announcement out for them via the daily-ish email. So this is a preview for those that are active in the tinkering forum!
