Next Page Missing From Bottom of Page!!!

Hey Guys,

Be it far from me to harp and be all negative, but with that said I was very suprised to find the next page numbers / links and buttons missing from the bottom of every page. I currently read down to the bottom of the page, then have to scroll to the top and then click the next page number link etc. Is this right? This seems a little backwards compared to every other board on the net...

Anyone got some insight?
