Collecting Freebies

I'm trying to access the freebie in the dailyish email. It gives me the following link: https://permies.com/goodies/79/ftmon

I click that and it shows me a link to the mini-doc and says it's normally $4 but is free. But if I click the link from my mobile phone, it tries to take me to PayPal to pay for it. So I checked and yep, sure enough if I go to Desktop view, no problemo at all.

So just giving a heads up that you have to be in desktop view to access the freebies, apparently.

I just went and looked, and the button to get the freebie is, indeed, missing on mobile view! Thank you for spotting this!! Apples and pie for you!

I tried to check if you've resolved it, but the link to the freebie now said the time has expired. I did manage to watch it though but going to the desktop view a few days ago. I'm now trying to figure out just where the hell to put a RMH in the house without it looking like a hatchet job. Going to build one outside and test it first, maybe it will be a cool (well, warm) place to hang out during chilly fall weather, and it will be a proof of concept for the house once I demonstrate to my family that I can rig one up without burning down the house!

I was wondering about the freebies myself... When I first signed up I ticked the box to receive the freebies in the daily-ish e-mails but never was getting them... even though it told me on the bottom of the page it would be released in x amount of time.

After going back to settings I asked to be put on the daily-ish e-mail again and just got the rocket mass heater video as my first one. So sad I missed out on some of the others that just cycled through! Now I have to wait.

Just sharing so Paul knows the initial sign up when I made my account was faulty.
