Hey everyone, look what I did! I got on wikipedia and edited the gardening page to include hugelkultur as a type of gardening, with links to richsoil.com/hugelkultur!!! check it out>>>Gardening From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If I can go and do such a thing, then by golly you all can go and do such a thing too!

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE EDITING WIKIPEDIA, OR IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ACADEMIC WRITING, PLEASE ANNOUNCE YOURSELF. "By our powers combined... I am CAPTAIN PLANET!"

There are many pages to which information from paul's site can contribute. examples include:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permaculture
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diatomaceous_earth
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocket_mass_heater
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugelkultur#H.C3.BCgelkultur
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawn

Long story short: editing of wikipedia articles, if properly done, can inform the world and drive more traffic to paul's site. But just like anything, it takes doing. Editing wikipedia is not for the faint of heart or academically challenged, so if you have what it takes to do this, please consider contributing.

I remember reading about hugelkulture in the Gardening Wiki. Thank you for adding that!

I'm wondering if you were the one who made Paul's wiki page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Wheaton. I remember reading that--and the hugelkultur wiki--when I was first learning about permaculture and Paul Wheaton. Wikipedia articles are amazing ways to reach people with permaculture--I know they helped me!

I was looking at Paul's wikipedia article yesterday, and was thinking how it needs to be updated. I tried sticking in info about his book, but MAN, that was kind of terrifying, so I totally stopped there!

Is there anyone on permies that likes/knows how to do this sort of thing?
