I really enjoyed this video--I don't usually get to watch whatever I want on youtube, but I indulged myself today!
She goes through 6 different common Halloween costumes and draws what they would look like if they were actually historically accurate. There's 15th century nobility, 16th century Queen Elizabeth, 17th century pilgrim, 18th century "vampire," and 19th century southern bell. I love how she slides in some info about historical dyes and fibres. Those bright colors and polyester fabrics are right out!
