What are the parasite checks we should do for cattle, chickens, pigs, turkeys, honeybees and fish?

I'm trying to ensure that the Animal Care PEP badge covers the basics for taking care of these 6 species.  But I don't know much about doing parasite checks.  Could someone chime in with the checks that a good steward of animals would do for their critters?  I'm thinking something along the lines of:

Cattle:  fecal test, tick check, ?
Chickens:  mite check, ?
Pigs:  fecal test, ?
Turkeys:  mite check, ?
Honeybees: Varroa mite count, ?
Fish: autopsy looking for ???

A few ones I know of, not doubt there are others that occur regionally:

Cattle and pigs: tuberculosis, brucellosis, Leptospirosis, a variety of worms, liver flukes

Chickens: Cholera, Coccidiosis, Newcastle Disease, Influenza, Pox, Salmonellosis

Bees: Foulbrood Chalkbrood, Stonebrood, Small Hive Beetle,

Sheep: foot rot, blowflies, Scabby Mouth, Brucellosis, Leptospirosis, a variety of worms, liver flukes

Fish: a LOT!


Although not a parasite, animals that consume water affected by Blue-Green Algae will become ill.
