uses for denture tablets around the house?

We found an old packet of unused denture cleaning tablets among our relative's effects.  Wondering if there is a use for them around the house.  

If denture cleaning tablets are anything like retainer cleaning tablets, what you've got is something acidic to remove alkaline/mineral buildup.

Use them for things you'd use vinegar for. If you've got eggshell crusted onto things, the tablet would help remove it. It should do a good job cleaning the inside of a toilet or removing mineral buildup from bathtubs. I'd keep it away from grout.

They are great for cleaning out bottles for long term water storage.   Wash and rinse the bottles first.  If they still flavor the water then clean with denture cleanser tablets.  Finish up with a baking soda water soak to get rid of the denture cleanser tablets.  Works best with 2 normal and 1 fast acting tablets per quart of water soaked overnight followed by a rinse, backing soda rinse ad rinse again.

I use them for cleaning narrow necked bottles (including our Guinea pigs' water bottles), vases, and (oddly enough) my moon cup!
