Hi~ thought it would be a good idea to ask this question here
My husband and I are moving out to CA in a van. We're looking to stay more southern CA, since we don't have a real house and hate being cold We're looking for an area that has a strong permaculture and organic farming community.  I haven't visited CA since developing this passion so I don't have any contacts out there. Also- I can't breathe if I'm in a city.  Recently we've been boondocking in the wilderness which would be great to continue, though I'm done with the traveling part of it that we've been doing. Can anyone give me some pointers as far as a general location that may be suitable?  We're looking to make this area home, and so I want to be able to be a part of a strong community.
I'm definitely utilizing google but that can only take me so far

Thanks guys!

Yeah, but how did the squirrel get in there? Was it because of the tiny ad?
